Just follow the following steps to start using Kidkonnect

STEP A

Introduction call

 Our Kidkonnect Manager will get in touch with you personally or on call.

 Our Manager will demonstrate the entire product to you personally or via Skype.

 Our Manager will resolve your queries.

 Once you are satisfied, we will move to STEP B.

STEP B

You need to make a part payment of the total package

Send Us Your School Details

  You will receive a Welcome Email and Welcome Call by our CRM.

 You are required to mail us the following: School Logo, Website Content, Student Details (Strictly in the given Excel Format) on support@kidkonnect.in

 We will publish the Kidkonnect app on web platform as well as on iOS and Android platforms.

 Our Support team will send username and password to the school authorities, as well as to the parents.

 All teachers will be required to download Kidkonnect Teacher’s application and parents need to download Parent Application available on the Google play store to get started.

  You need to pay the remaining part of the service fees and training date will be scheduled.

STEP C

Training

  We have made the application simple and clean, and so complex training procedures are not required.

 The manager will provide your school administration an on-line training via Skype which covers the training in detail of each module.

  We will send you the User manual for both, the school and the parents.

STEP D

 All your queries regarding the product will be answered by our Support team and you are always welcome to address your issues regarding the use of Kidkonnect/ Klasskonnect.
